Around three years ago I was bored so i started making dummy magazine cover templates and sticking my face on them. No real reason. I just do stuff like that to see what it would look like. My best one was The Fader cover. Now it’s looking a little old so i dummied up another one using my favorite picture.

People still ask me why i’m covering my mouth in the photo. I was testing a new high resolution camera at work and took a bunch of test shots of myself. The whole ‘hand over mouth’ thing was just something i did randomly, but it came to symbolize how i make instrumental albums (i.e. no vocals. a take on the ’speak no evil’ concept).
