What'cha Doin'?
Reading: Monster Planet by David Wellington - The third installment in an incredible end-of-time zombie story. As a person who's read alot of horror/zombie material, David's stuff ranks at the top, boy. No joke. If you need some good reading in the zombie genre, follow the link. I'ts all serialized in blog form and all three books are FREE online.
Reading Next: City Of The Dead by Brian Keene - Yep! I'm in zombie mode! This one's the sequel to his The Rising, which was a heart stopper from beginning to end. The cool thing about this one is that the zombies were actually demons who took over the bodies to take over the world. But not just people, but animals too! It's crazy! The last book left off with a major cliffhanger. I can't wait to see how Brian pulls this out. Also, Mrs. Kelley keeps raving aboutKitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly by Anthony Bourdain. It's suppose to be funny as hell!!!
Watching: Battlestar Galactica - I tried to deny it. I didn't want to like it. And then i tuned into last year's season finale and watched Edward James Olmost get capped in the chest twice and i was hooked! You see those commercials calling it the best drams on TV? I'm not arguing anymore.
Watching Next: Monday Night Football - It's that time again, b!tches!!! That's right! The pigskin is back!!! I can never figure out how i live those few months without football. Anyway, the picks this year? i think i'm going with the Vikings, Colts, Chiefs, "HOT"lanta Falcons and my Cinderella team will be either Detroit or Cardinals... Me and Mrs. Kelley miss
Carnivàle. That was 'our show'. Now we're looking for a suitable replacement. Maybe
Rome might do the trick...
Playing: Mercenaries: I'm not a real big fan of the whole SOCOM like games. But Merc's is cool simply because it's totally non linear and you can do anything you want. Your a merc for hire which means you can work for anyone you want, steal whatever you want and destory whatever you want. Sure, there's consequences for your actions, but who gives a f... Grand Theft Auto San Andreas is always a winner. I haven't even gotten out of the first city yet.
Playing Next: WWE Day of Reckoning 2 - You know i gots ta get my wrestle on. I'm a wrestling game fanatic. Each game allows me to create "Little Kelley" and take him all the way to the heavyweight championship. It drops on 8-30, so you know i'll... wait... OH SH!T, THAT'S TODAY!!!!
uh... Bye!!!!
