The Groove Shack: Friday Edition

Well, it's Friday and it's been on hell of a hard week! I can't wait to put this one behind me. But let's close it out properly. shall we? Here's a 'hodge-podge' of cool songs to help you get through the day.
Peace to my man, CB for the assist. Good lookin' out.
The Groove Shack: Friday Edition
- Why Don't We Fall In Love (Tainted DJ Bee Mix) - Amerie
Dope mix off of 2002's "Ecko Unltd Presents: Where's The Rhino Mixtape" Just her accapella over Slum's "Tainted". But dope, none the less....
- Back & Forth - Slum Village
And speaking of Slum, this is off of the elusive "Fantastic, Volume I" (i think. I don't know if it's the original or the remix)
- By Your Side (Neptunes Remix)
I really don't feel the Neptunes stuff that much. And this was no exception. But after a while it grew on me and fell into heavy rotation.
- Suga sweetums
Not an' official' song. Guess who....
- Blue Girl - Q-Tip
Unreleased stuff from 'Kamaal The Abstract". Actually 'Tip' was ahead of his time.
- She Said (Jay Dee Remix) - Tha Pharcyde
Dope slow-dragger!
- Bobby James - N*E*R*D
I was suprised how dope this was.
- Hold On - Eric Roberson
ER's take on the Dwele banger. You may not be able the tell the difference. Both are dope!
- Proceed III (f/ Bahamadia) - The Roots
Bahamadia, flowin' over that beat. Lovely
- Stay With Me - Pebbles
Off of her 1990 "Always" album. It still bangs today...
- Country Livin (Remix f/Goodie Mob)
From the "Slam" movie soundtrack. GM and Esthero sound great together...
- My Apple Heart - Lisa Stansfield
A track she released as a B-Side back in '88. One of my favorite LS songs EVER...
- Nighttime Maneuvers (9th Wonder Remix) - Little Brother
9th wonder... nuff said....
- Hate Or Love (Remix f/ Dwele & Jay Dee) - LSK
Dwele in the back, and J Dilla providin' some flow. Lovely...
- Les Fleur - Minnie Ripperton
A transitional song from your her 'Rotary Connection' sound. The voice is remarkable...
- Caught Up (9th Wonder Remix f/ Aaries) - Musiq
Whew... 9th is killing me!!!!
- Mix Tapes (1926 Sunday Night Remix) - The Nonce
I couldn't stand these guys, because their flow was so wack. But the beats... damn...
- Sensitivity (Remix) - Ralph Tresvant
Y'all forgot Ralph was doing his thing back in '90. Tell me you weren't groovin' to this?

Nice, ecclectic and smooooooth! I am feeling the Sade remix. This is certainly the lounge mix...I feel like I should be sitting in a plush club, trying to look cute with a fancy mixed drink in hand.
